Staff Augmentation

Ensure your compliance operations are maintained through staffing changes, or bring on temporary staff for special projects.

Gap Assessment

We can evaluate your documentation to identify any compliance gaps or potential audit challenges.

Audit Prep

We can lead or support the effort to ensure all required documentation (including RSAW narratives) is gathered and ready for an external audit. We can also conduct mock audits with your personnel to ensure they are ready to respond to auditors’ potential questions and data requests.

Ad-Hoc Support

Utilize a bank of hours for ad-hoc, pay-as-you-go, compliance expertise. Among other things, this support is ideal for organizations that have small or understaffed compliance departments, those that are new to NERC compliance, exploring new technology (such as cloud services), or implementing a new NERC Reliability Standard.

Program Development

We can lead or support the effort to build or mature internal compliance programs including risk assessment, internal controls, and monitoring. Or, if you simply need to stand up standard-specific compliance documentation that reflects how you do business in accordance with the NERC Reliability Standards, we can do that too.

Training

We can develop and/or deliver training to your personnel. Examples include a NERC 101 course to raise awareness and get buy-in within your organization, or standard-specific training to clarify roles and responsibilities across your organization.
